IDS provide a high quality subcontracted laser cutting service to our customers, using our state of the art fibre laser. We can cut sheet metal to your design and specification. Our fast reliable delivery service ensures your parts can be delivered nationwide.
Our 3kw Ermaksan Fibremak 4g speed Flat Bed laser offers the following:
MASSIVE 4G OF ACCELERATION SPEED
Max plate/sheet size – 3.05m x 1.525m
- Mild Steel sheets up to 15mm thick
- Stainless steel sheets up to 10mm thick
- Aluminium sheets up to 10mm thick
- Copper up to 6mm thick
- Brass up to 6mm thick
Material cutting using Compressed Air, Nitrogen and Oxygen.
High-quality clean-cut edges throughout the machining process.
All the materials for structural projects can be supplied with certification and full traceability in accordance with EN1090 – 1 when requested on ordering.
Further bending/folding processes are available with our state-of-the-art Ermaksan 9 axis CNC 160 ton brake press.
