IDS had the opportunity to work with a well known pig farm, creating a full housing system which caters for all stages of the growth Process.
The Frank Tobin Pig Farm is a well known supplier of quality pigs, more so since the development of this fantastic Pig Farm Housing System.

Service area: Solid bar stalls and baskets. Guillotine gate closed.

Stage 2 Farrowing
Pvc slat flooring. 35mm penning, heavy duty locking system on backing of the crate, canopy open.

Stage 3 Growing 1st Stage
Drinker bowls, stainless steel, 2 to a pen. Clearlite canopy with heat lamps, pvc slat flooring, pvc insulated canopy for piglets, stainless steel fixings. 35mm pvc penning.

IDS stainless steel adlib feed trough, 50mm step, stainless steel dividers for head spaces, wet feed pipe, earth rod, sensor to regulate feed, pvc slat flooring. 35mm pvc penning.
Pen layout, 35mm boards, drinker nipple, stainless steel bottom half of back wall, 1150 high, support for feed system, sprinkler system, lights, internal ceiling, 50mm for gable wall, two vent chimneys, pvc penning, stainless steel door locking safety latch.
